Frank and Cara Panaia, owner and operator of Cakes of Distinction
together with their talented team of cake decorators can decorate
cakes using sugar, chocolate or fresh flowers and fruits.
Consultations and the baking and decorating of your cakes are all done
on the premises and they will deliver and set-up your cake at
reception.
You can select
and design your cake in a relaxed atmosphere dedicated primarily to
wedding cakes. Display cakes and extensive photo albums combined with
Cakes of Distinction's enthusiasm for cake decorating will guarantee
that together you will create the perfect cake.
Consultations are
free and they will gladly sit down with you to discuss your special
requirements.
Tasting of cakes
are provided and the final decision can be made that day or at a
subsequent meeting. The cake is often cut by the Bride and Groom at
the commencement of the reception so it is the first highlight of the
function. It is also the last impression as guests either have it for
dessert, with coffee or take it home, so the taste and texture should
not be under valued.
